The versatility of sandblasting stickers means that they can be used in almost any setting. Whether you’re after timeless elegance, a funky edge, a retro look or something a little more chic, sandblasting stickers can be cut to a range of different designs and styles to suit your particular décor preference.
This client chose an understated, clean design to give their home’s windows a chic finish. The design features a slender line running parallel to the edges of the sandblasting sticker and simple, elegant embellishments on opposite corners.
This minimalist design complements the clean lines of the interior and offsets the starched white of the walls. The client has completed the effect by placing empty glass vases on the windowsill. These pretty items, while understated, bring out the slender transparent lines of the design.
The chic design work well as it incorporates clean, simple lines with just a touch of flair – the epitome of style.
Besides being pleasing to the eye, these sandblasting stickers fulfil useful practical functions too. As this window is quite large, covering half of the window pane with sandblasting stickers helps with eliminating some glare while still preserving the majority of the light. The interior is designed to be a bright, light and airy room, so sandblasting stickers are a brilliant way to preserve that open, spacious feeling.
Because the top of the window is curved, it would have been difficult to install blinds or curtains. Furthermore, doing so would have meant losing the entire effect of the window’s unusual shape. In addition, because blinds and curtains block out more natural light than sandblasting stickers, the room wouldn’t be as light and bright had blinds or curtains been installed.
