Window Art does offer custom designs as an option. An additional design charge will, however, be added to the quotation. (Please note that custom designs have a lead time of up to 2 working days)
Window Art does offer logo design options for both print and traditional “cut-out” applications. An additional logo design fee will, however, be added to the quotation for the “machine readiness” preparation of the design.
We specialize in standard grey vinyl colour like the sandblasting colour. We can do full colour print on vinyl. This option is at an additional cost.
Window Art is run (administratively) from our head office in Gauteng. Our workshops are based in Pretoria East (Gauteng) and Table View (Cape Town). We do send representatives for obligation free on-site quotations and consultations, thus we cannot accept clients at our workshops.
Unfortunately, Window Art does not have a showroom or receives clients on our premises. All our designs are available for viewing on our online catalogue and we do display a wide variety of designs on our social media platforms.
Unfortunately, there is no standard door manufactured as all doors are custom made accordingly. All frame sizes vary. Kindly contact us with your measurements in order to receive an estimated quotation.
As our teams begin with early morning preparations for their daily appointments and need to work in traffic conditions, we do have set time segments in which we can schedule for appointments. We do offer Saturday quotation appointments for clients who cannot be seen during the week due to work responsibilities. (Please note that our Saturday appointments are subject to availability as we do not have all teams working each weekend)
Window Art is a cashless business. Payments need to be made before installations can be scheduled. We accept payments via EFT or Payfast.
Window Art generally has a lead time of 4 - 7 working days. (This lead time is depending on the availability of teams and can be changed)
