Does the custom wallpaper elevate my fire risk?

The wallpaper materials used by Window Art are flame resistant and are suitable to spaces controlled by strict fire regulations.

Are the inks used safe?

Window Art only uses water based, latex inks for printing. These are inherently the safest of all the inks available today, due to not being made with the same chemicals that pose a hazard in other inks.

Can the custom wallpaper be cleaned?

The wallpaper materials used by Window Art are water resistant as well as being scrub- and scratch-resistant.

How should the wall be prepared?

The wallpaper materials are preferable for smooth wall applications. Window Art does sand the area for smoothness when needed to ensure the installation will be as perfect as possible.

Can custom wallpaper be placed over any paints?

Windows Art has two material options when looking at wallpaper. This is to ensure that should the paint covering the wall contain certain chemicals, that there will be an alternative solution.
